Sign-up method: ＜Benefits of Membership Registration＞
By registering as a member, you can enjoy benefits such as receipt issuance, adding favorites, checking purchase history, registering credit cards, and registering delivery addresses, allowing you to use our services comfortably. Additionally, when sending "Custom Order, Repair Order, or Product Inquiry" from the product details page while logged in, your customer information will be automatically filled in.

＜Temporary Membership Registration＞
lease proceed to "New Member Registration" at the top right of the website and enter the necessary information. Proceed to "Agree" and confirm the contents of the new member registration (confirmation) page, then proceed to "Register as a Member". You will be registered as a temporary member. We will send a "Membership Registration Confirmation" email to the email address you provided.
＜Full Membership Registration＞
Access the URL in the "Membership Registration Confirmation" email to complete the full membership registration. Proceed to "Log In".

Sign-in: Click "Account" or "Sign-in" top-right of the website, input your ID and PW.

Buying history: You can confirm your buying history.

Repeat Order: You can repeat order same items you bought at "Buying history". select the item which you want to buy again on the list of the "Buying history", click "View Details" and click "Repeat Order".

You can download the PDF file receipt. When the status is "Paid" or "Shipped", the "receipt" button will be showed. select the item which you want to get the receipt and click "View Details" and click "receipt".
Before you get the receipt addressed to your congregation name, resist your congregation name in the company name of your account.

Favorites: You can view the list of items which added in your favorites at "Favorites". Please add to favorites from product detail page.

Edit Account: You can edit your account information at "Edit Account".

Addresses List: ***Change your address***
When you want to change your address information, click "Change" button right side of address.
***Add your address***
Click "Add new address" at the Address list.
***Delete your address***
Click "✕" button left side of the address.

Account deletion procedure: Please note that all currently stored purchase history and delivery information will be deleted once the cancellation process is completed.
***Cancel Membership***
Please proceed from "Cancel Membership" to "Go to Cancellation Process" and then "Yes, I want to cancel membership.

Edit registered card information: ***Save Credit Card***
Select "Edit Credit Card", fill your credit card information in the form and click "Save Credit Card".

Select "Edit Credit Card" and select "Delete Credit" right side of card information.

Sign-out: When you finish your work in the website, please sign-out by clicking "Sign-out" top-right of the website.

Can I request multiple receipts for a single order?: We provide one receipt per order. so place separate orders for each receipt required. and Please specify in the message field whether you would like to include the shipping fee in which order, or if you prefer to split in evenly.

Can I receive a receipt addressed to my congregation?: Please register your organization name in the 'Company Name' field of your account settings on the My Page, and then use the receipt printing function for a PDF format. You can download the receipt on Account > Buying history > Receipt.

What is the difference between Laminated and Unlaminated?: Laminated poster is protected from scratches and untraviolet rays, is easier to maintain a clean state.

Can I order unlisted poster?: Our website line-up formed only the posters which downloaded from JW.ORG. You can order the previous posters and other language ones which we can download now or past from JW.ORG even if unlisted on this website.
Excluding the above products, we make the posters as a printing company, the price is different from our line-uped items.

How to display the steel sheet poster?: The steel sheet poster itself is not magnetic.
It can stick to a magnetic board like the magnetic board which provided by JW.ORG.

How long can I use the LED Panel light using a portable battery?: Although there may be variations depending on the manufacturer and individual unit, our testing with a 11,000mAh battery showed approximately 5 hours of continuous lighting on a full charge. Testing with a 3,000mAh battery for handheld use resulted in around 2.5hours of continuous lighting on a full charge.

What are the difference between the 1st Gen. and 2nd Gen. handheld LED Panel?: The handheld LED Panel 1st Gen. has 30mm black bezel.It can hold a height 360mm, width 500mm poster, horizontal use only.
The handheld LED Panel 2nd Gen. has full-screen acrylic panel.Backlit film for cart LED Panel vertical（H560×W355）is for common use by cart LED Panel and handheld LED Panel 2nd Gen. in vertical use.Backlit film for handheld LED Panel 2nd Gen. horizontal（H355×W560）is for handheld LED Panel 2nd Gen. in horizontal use.
The handheld LED Panel 1st Gen. is No longer available for sale.
