Terms of Use
Article 1 Member
1-1 "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms & Conditions / Regurations in accordance with the procedures established us.
1-2 "Account information" refers to information such as information regarding the member's attributes that the member has disclosed to us and history regarding the member's transactions.
1-3 These regulations apply to all members and are to be adhered to at the time of registration and after registration.
Article 2 Resistration
2-1 Membership
Customers who agree to these Terms and apply for membership will be eligible to become members after completing the prescribed registration procedures. Membership registration procedures must be completed by the person who will become the member. Registration by proxy is not permitted at all. Please note that we may decline membership applications from people whose membership has been revoked in the past or who is unsuitable we deem.
2-2 Enter account information
When registering, please read the input instructions carefully and accurately enter the required information in the designated input form. When registering account information, special symbols, Roman numerals, etc. cannot be used. If these characters are registered, we may change them.
2-3 Password management
(a) Passwords only is used by the member themselves and should not transferred or lent to a third party.
(b) Members must manage their passwords by changing them regularly to prevent them from being disclosed to others.
(c) Any declaration of intention made to us using a password will be deemed to be that of the member himself/herself, and all payments etc. resulting from this will be the responsibility of the member.
Article 3 Change information
3-1 Members must promptly notify us if there are any changes to the information they have submitted to us, such as their name and address.
3-2 We are not responsible for any damage caused by failure to register changes.We shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from failure to register changes. Additionally, transactions already processed prior to the registration of changes will be based on the information available before the registration, regardless of subsequent updates.
Article 4 Unsubscribe
If a member wants to unsubscribe, the member must complete the unsubscribe procedure himself/herself. Your membership will be unsubscribe after completing the unsubscribe procedures.
Article 5 Loss of membership and liability for compensation
5-1 We may cancell member's membership when a member makes a false declaration at applying account, fails responsibility to pay the cost of buying E-commerce, or there is any reason that we deem inappropriate for membership.
5-2 Member is responsible for compensation for the damage we are when he/she commit any act in the items as follows.
(a) Unauthorized use of member IDs and password
(b) Obstructing our business by accessing this website and falsifying information or sending harmful computer programs to this website.
(c) Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of products handled us
(d) Any other act that violates these Terms of Use.
Article 6 Manage account information

1. We generally do not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent from the member. However, in the following cases, we may disclose account information and other customer information without the member's prior consent.
(1) If disclosure is requested based on legal obligations.

Article 7 Prohibited matters
When using our service, members are prohibited from engaging in the following acts.

10-3 We are not responsible for any damages incurred by members as a result of violations of these terms and conditions.
Article 11 Revision of these Terms and Conditions.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at our discretion, and we may establish terms that supplement these Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms"). Revisions or supplements to these Terms will become effective when the revised Terms or the supplementary Terms are posted on our website. In this case, the member shall comply with the revised terms and supplementary terms.
Article 12 Governing law and competent court
This Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event that a dispute arises regarding these Terms, the district court that has jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office will be the exclusive court of first instance.
